Good low-calorie crackers.
Gives  about 40 crackers.


1) 2 dl sunflower kernels, about 130 gr.
2) 1.5 dl linseed, about 100 gr.
3) 1 dl sesame, about 60 gr.
4) 0.5 dl pumpkin, about 35 gr.
5) 2.5 dl kruska bran, about 55 gr. (If you dont have this, low carb flour).
6) 2 tablespoons fiber remember, about 15 gr.
7) 1 tsp. salt.
8) 1 tsp natreen liquid.
9) 0.5 to 0.6 lites cold water.


A total weight of about 900 gram. About 37.2 gram . kbh. Approximately 0.9 gr. kbh per crispbread.
Mix all together. Divide batter out over 2 baking sheets covered with baking paper. Bake at 160 degrees for about 10 min. Taken out and further divided into 20 parts per board. Back in the oven at the same temperature for about 45-50 min. Divided and cooled. Should be in the cake box or paper bag.
